Basic Function
· Assist the Admissions Specialist with interviews and admissions into CRI-Help’s residential programs.
Responsibilities
· Assist with inquiries regarding the drug-free program.
· Assist in maintaining private beds.
· Schedule and conduct interviews to determine the individual’s eligibility for the program.
· Assist the Admissions Specialist in performing the assessment of applicants to determine the level of care or the appropriateness of the program for the individual.
· Maintain monthly state and county billing.
· Assist in maintaining and updating residential statistical sheets for all clients.
· Assist the Admissions Specialist in the documentation of various forms as required.
· Maintain private client billing
· Implement 12 Step Program through Narcotics Anonymous to properly present the program’s methods of rehabilitation.
· Provide referral sources.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by Admissions Specialist.

· Must have excellent counseling skills
· Must understand the nature of the disease of drug addiction and alcoholism
· Must understand the philosophies of the 12-Step programs.
Education / Training
· Must be a Substance Abuse Counselor, certified with CCAPP, CAADE, or CADTP.
Experience
· Must have two to three years of related work experience in admissions and intake procedures
Special Conditions
· If a recovering addict or alcoholic, must have three years of continuous abstinence from drugs and/or alcohol, and must be willing to undergo random drug screenings.
· Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated, and boosted.
Position Reports To
· Admissions Manager
Salary Range
· $19.00 – $26.00 / hour
